Terms

Effective date: [TO BE SET BY ABE BEFORE PUBLISHING]

Utah Land Use Radar is a service of Mythgate LLC. By using the site or the AI connector, you agree to these terms.

What Land Use Radar is

Land Use Radar summarizes public land-use agenda items from the Utah Public Notice Website. Utah only: Salt Lake County and Utah County (except Goshen), plus Layton (Davis County), Ogden (Weber County) and St. George (Washington County). Coverage is partial: 116 public bodies across 53 local governments, not every Utah city. Agendas are checked about once a day, not in real time.

No warranty, and check the source

Details are extracted automatically and may be wrong or missing, and some items may be missed. Each result links to its source agenda or notice, where one was found, to check.

The service is provided as is, with no warranty. It is not legal, real estate or professional advice. The official record is the government's own agenda and notice.

Acceptable use

  • Don't overload the service or try to break it.
  • Respect rate limits.
  • Don't use it to look up or target private individuals.

The AI connector

The connector is read-only and needs no sign-in. These terms also apply when you use it through an AI app. The AI app's own terms apply to that app. Uncovered places are reported as not covered; covered places with no matches say they are covered, no items, and when they were last checked (or that the date is unavailable). Search near an address is unsupported. IP addresses are used briefly for rate limiting and never stored. Per-request usage records are kept about 3 months; daily totals are kept up to 24 months. See connector privacy.

If you sign up for email updates, we use your address only for that. See Privacy: Email updates.
